Spinny Cars does not sell your personal information for money, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. This page explains the choices you have over how your information is used.

What this means at Spinny Cars

Because we are based in British Columbia and serve Canadian customers, we operate under PIPEDA and BC's Personal Information Protection Act. Under these laws we only use your information for the purposes you consent to, such as answering an enquiry, completing a purchase or trade, or arranging financing. We do not trade or sell customer lists.

Limit marketing communications

You can opt out of marketing at any time:

• Text messages — reply STOP to any marketing text to unsubscribe immediately.
• Email — use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email.
• By request — email info@spinny.ca or call +1 778 852 1023 and ask to be removed from marketing.

Limit online tracking and targeted ads

Access, correct, or delete your information

You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, request corrections, or ask us to delete information we are not required to keep. To make a request, contact our Privacy Officer below. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

The fastest way to make any privacy request is to email info@spinny.ca with the subject line "Privacy Request" and tell us what you would like us to do. You can also use our Feedback form.
